Disputes are to be avoided, but it is often necessary to obtain an expert’s report when a matter becomes litigious. These are usually required to be in a particular format (CPR35). Collier Stevens provides expert witness services for residential property matters across London & Kent, and the practice principal is an Accredited RICS Expert Witness.
