Current Opportunities  (October 2024)

Hythe, Kent. We are seeking an experienced administrator and audio typist. Initially, the position will be office-based and for 24 hours a week. The role will include general administration, answering calls, providing quotes, etc.  We principally need help with audio typing – chiefly building surveys, which are usually 60 minutes of audio each, and I expect that will be about 70% of the workload.  Exact working hours by negotiation, and we can work around school hours.  Salary by negotiation.  Pro-rata 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.  Property experience is helpful but not essential; good knowledge of Microsoft 365 is necessary.
