Collier Stevens Chartered Surveyors was established by Steven Way MRICS in 1995 to provide client-friendly, easy to understand and fairly charged professional advice. Steven is assisted by a team of Chartered Surveyors, Grahame Dowse FRICS, Chris Osborne MRICS, Stephanie Plumb and Graham Harrington, along with a first-class admin team.

Operating from offices in Chislehurst (Bromley), Hythe, Folkestone and Thanet (Kent) allowing wide coverage of Kent and London we are widely appointed to deal with residential matters by private clients, we are also instructed by businesses and commercial property investors, Health Authorities, Police Forces and Local Authorities. Steven is a member of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM), the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS) and the Pyramus & Thisbe Society (P & T), which is the learned society for party wall surveyors. Steven acts as chair of the Kent Branch of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society, and chair of the Faculty of Party Wall surveyors in Kent.

Steven has an RICS Expert Witness Certificate.
